Job Details Position: Door-to-door Energy Consultation Sales Representative (Full-time). Pay: $35-$75/hr with production-based incentives and bonuses. Schedule: 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday, weekends as needed. Flexible schedule and paid training provided. Work location: on the road, primarily in the SanFernandoValley area/LosAngeles area. Responsibilities Go door‑to‑door to potential customers’ homes. Engage with customers for 5‑10 minutes and book an energy consultation. Convey information about rising energy prices and solar solutions. Build a sales pipeline and achieve daily/weekly call and appointment targets. Qualifications and Mindset No prior marketing or sales experience required; training provided. Willingness to learn and self‑motivation. Ready to buy into a winning culture and high‑performance team environment. Own vehicle required. Must reside within the SanFernandoValley or LosAngeles area.
